Fancy Gadam and Nana Appiah Mensah are closed to finalising a whopping $1.5 million recording deal at Africa’s multi million dollars record power house, Zylofon Music, if they haven’t signed it already.
The deal according to our deep throat ‘incamp’ watchers of the brand aimed to propel and morph brand Fancy Gadam into a formidable creative package to ignite the cultural imposition agenda birthed by Nana Appiah Mensah, CEO of Zylofon Group.
“It will be a delightful tutoring experience to witness how Zylofon Music will whisk-away the brand off the ferocious ‘chopping plates’ of some wild pundits, in the midst of rife allegations that Afrobeat musician, Akoo Nana has been signed by the label, plus the incongruous task of reviewing contracts of signed artistes while signing news ones at the same time” – the observer explained.

Nana Appiah Mensah is the boss of the Zylofon conglomerate which consists of about 5 creative arts business units; Zylofon Cash, Zylofon Media, Zylofon Music, Zylofon Films, Zylophon Cinema and others which are yet to be launched. According to our sources who have dedicated their time to document the evolution of the brand in its quest to be a global leader, Nana Appiah Mensah has spent an estimated amount of not less than $30 Million on Zylofon Music alone including artistes signing packages. “Between 2017-2018, the Zylofon Group has invested close to $300 million within its creative business units alone per our research”- Source said.

With record breaking headlined shows in both Tamale and Accra, Afropop artiste and 2018 VGMA new artiste of the year, Fancy Gadam is undoubtedly a worthwhile investments to Nana Appiah Mensah; as close confidants place higher brand equity mark on him. Some showbiz critics believe Nana Appiah Mensah maybe nurturing a political ambition which will be best served with a brand with loyal and fanatic following like Fancy.
