Wife of the acting National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party Freddie Blay has been appointed by President Akufo-Addo as Ghana’s Ambassador to Germany.

Mrs. Gina Blay picked her letter from the President at the Flagstaff House on Thursday, March 16, 2017.

Also, a former envoy to Japan under erstwhile Kufuor administration and a member of the NPP Council of Elders Baffour Adjei Bawuah has been appointed Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States of America.

Former boss of the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), Anna Bossman takes over the position left by Mrs. Johanna Svanikier as Ghana’s Ambassador to France.

Edward Boateng, the Executive Chairman and CEO of Global Media Alliance has also been appointed to the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Beijing, China.

Former Attorney General Ayikoi Otoo, who chaired the Executive Assets sub-committee of the Transition Team, has also been appointed Ghana’s High Commissioner to Canada.

Hon. Rashid Bawa, who previously served as a former Sports Minister under the erstwhile Kufuor administration has been appointed Ghana’s Ambassador to Nigeria.

Former Member of Parliament for Sekondi, Papa Owusu Ankomah also heads to the United Kingdom as Ghana’s High Commissioner.
